Appointments
We attempt to schedule appointments that are mutually convenient so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site.  A scheduled appointment is made exclusively for your child and an unexpected change in the schedule affects all our patients.   If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate another patient.   If you are going to be delayed for an appointment, please call us as soon as possible.   For the most part, we will try to fit you in the schedule.  If it is not possible,  we will reschedule for the next available appointment.

Insurance and Billing
Not sure about your insurance benefits or how your plan works?  WE CAN HELP!  Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.   If you have provided all of your insurance information by the day of the appointment, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.   We will help you be familiarized with your insurance benefits since we will collect the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay.   Our office provides you with a good faith estimate of your payment portion but can not guarantee coverage by the insurance  company.   Your estimated portion must be paid by the time of service.   You are responsible for any balance in your account after 60 days.   Please inform us in advance of any insurance changes before coming for your appointment.   When a dental claim is unpaid due to a change of your insurance, the patient is responsible for the unpaid balance.   Our staff is there for you to ask questions so please ask.  We accept most traditional insurance plans including the following:
